Calendars and EFs
How does the use of calendars as a time management tool evolve over the course of a person’s life? In this workshop, we explore how this skill typically looks at different developmental stages—from elementary school through middle and high school, into college, and throughout professional life. We’ll also discuss where individuals are developmentally in terms of their executive functions and what factors need to be considered when introducing or teaching a time management system at each stage. Understanding these differences is key to supporting growth and building systems that actually work for the individual.
