The Interpretive Coaching Circle is an invitation to take that learning deeper.

Over 10 months, we'll move beyond simply knowing the executive functions and spend time interpreting what we're seeing, connecting the pieces, exploring current research, and working through the complex cases that don't have simple answers.

This isn't another course. It's a small, collaborative space to continue developing your ability to look deeper, ask better questions, and understand before you intervene.

What Happens Inside the Circle

The Interpretive Coaching Circle is where we slow down, look more closely, and practice putting all of the pieces together. Throughout the 10 months, you'll have multiple ways to deepen your thinking and apply what you're learning to your actual work.

Apply

  • he Community gives you ongoing professional development, resources, workshops, Q&A, and connection. The Circle is intentionally smaller and more collaborative. This is where we go deeper into research, work through complex cases, practice interpretation, and apply the framework together.

  • Yes. The Circle builds on the learning and resources available within the Community, so an active Community membership is required throughout your participation.

  • Not necessarily. You'll learn from the cases and challenges brought by the group, but you'll get even more from the experience when you're able to connect what we're discussing to real students or clients in your own work.

  • Absolutely. That's an important part of the Circle. All identifying information will need to be removed so we can protect student and client confidentiality.

  • A student you're stuck on. A strategy that isn't working. A parent conversation you're trying to navigate. Something you're noticing in an EF profile that doesn't quite make sense. Submit your challenge Monday through Thursday, and I'll respond within 24 hours.

  • The Circle isn't designed to be another program you purchase and then watch from the sidelines. You don't need to bring something to every meeting, but you should come ready to think, question, contribute, and learn alongside the group.

  • We know schedules get busy. All live sessions will be recorded, so if you need to miss a meeting, you'll be able to watch the recording and stay connected to what the group is exploring. While live participation is encouraged whenever possible, missing an occasional session won't mean missing the learning.

  • Your Circle membership is for one year, with live programming running from August through May. Membership automatically renews annually, but you can cancel your renewal if you decide not to continue.

  • Founding Year Rate: $999, $99.90 a month
    Available through June 2027. Regular Circle membership: $1,497/year or $149.90/month beginning with the 2027–28 membership year.
