In this interactive workshop, executive function coaches will come together to explore how to approach conversations with parents about supporting life skills development before students leave home.

Through guided discussion and real-world scenarios, participants will:

  • brainstorm language for parent conversations

  • identify common points of resistance

  • explore how executive function impacts independence

  • learn how to position life skills as essential, not optional

Participants will also receive a Life Skills Assessment tool to support their coaching work and guide meaningful next steps with families.

This session is designed to be collaborative, practical, and immediately applicable to your coaching practice.
